add replyI had this problem about a week ago. I emailed Zynga customer support and they were great about it. Put everything I needed, plus TONS of cool extras into my inventory.

I keep crafting items like crystals for expansions, candles, and other things. When I leave the game and come back, they are not there. I't's as if I never started crafting them. The bad part is, I loose all the items it takes to craft them. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what can I do to resolve it?
