This sounds like a problem I had when support accidently reset my entire account. My level and homestead stayed the same but I had a similar problem with my buildings and sometimes even missions showing that they had not been complete. I couldn't buy alot of items from the market because it would say I hadn't completed a mission or a building that I had completed ages ago. I also couldn't collect bonuses from several builidings because it would tell me I had not completed the missions for them. Contacted support , talked to the higher levels at zynga and my reply was that I would have to complete everything all over again! I was very upset and had to contact support daily to get them to re do all my builidngs ect. This way back in october and I still occasionally run into issues. I really hope this is not what has happened to you. I actually had to contact the BBB just to get support to help me. I basically just deleted each building that showed as incomplete and started rebuilding them all. I also had to have support re- issue many older missions and complete them for me as well...... As far as the game clicks, each link only has a certain amount of clicks. Most are between 3 and 5 and once that amount is reached no one else can collect off of the link. They go quick with recent missions since everyone is after the same thing.
