The link in the original post provides threads that can best help you out. If you have already filed tickets then all you can do is wait. Do NOT expect the issues you have to be taken care of ASAP! Im sorry, but Playdom simply does not swing that way! It can take anywhere from 1 to several days for them to respond/fix. 

Question, you say you have "written several requests". That does mean you filed a ticket, correct?

I am having problems finishing my newly acquired buildings--Monet's House, Macaron Shoppe & the Grand Casino!!! I pay the gold or crystals or otherwise finish what I need to do . . . BUT then the buildings do not upgrade to Level 1! I've written several requests on Playdom but still have not received a reply.

What is going on with the gifting in this game???? I am a long time player. My gifts disappear or do not show up at all in the game. I am ready to give up on it.

I can't use gold to finish a wonder. It won't let me do it!!

I am playing the Valentines Scenes, and have completed the second one, and only need to update the wedding tent from 3 to 4 to 5. I finally have all the crystals I need, but I click on it and nothing happens. I can't even see how many wedding flowers I have. I can look at all my other buildings and the Korean temple, but not the wedding test. What is going on? Help?

The list of neighbors is not coming out when asking for materials. For the 3rd day already.
Does anyone know what is going on? Or maybe a solution.

I can't see my neighbors on my request and gift sending list but I can still see them on the bottom of my garden and visit them. I try to look up my neighbors but it says I don't have any but on my picture it says I have 53. Whats going on?

Why did all of my neighbors disappear?
