Kelly, I've just been using the envelope icon at the top right of the FV screen it's right above the game square with Farmville right next to it. You can hit either the envelope or the farmville word for access to your gifts and your requests. I don't even get my gifts through the FB app anymore. If you know something I don't let me know. I collect my gifts the same way when I go through fb to get to the game. Let me know if you know something I don't but I haven't picked up my gifts the other way in a long time.

snag bar is NOT working. I have logged out and back in 4 times today and the number of snagged items remains 0. Please fix!!!

I'm not recieving any items I post can any one help me . I've tried everything zygun said to try , and still nothing I can't finish any building because I can't any items.

I downloaded the toolbar and it disappeared, I tried to uninstall the program so I could reinstall and it won't uninstall. Can anyone help? I have tried every trouble shooting step suggested .

My snag button just disappeared. What happened? Does anyone know? I Reloaded the toolbar and still nothing. So now what?

WHEN I REMOVE GAME UNITE I HAVE NO PROBLEMS IT CITYVILLE OR ANY OTHER GAMES. EVERY TIME YOU "UP GRADE" CITYVILLE MORE PROBLEMS SEEM TO OCCUR WITH THE UPGRADE.
